These terms describe how accounts, plans and the Ibda Captions plugin work.
About the service
Ibda Captions is an independent caption tool for Adobe Premiere Pro, operated by Ibda Verse Pvt Ltd. Paid cloud plans open together with the cloud-enabled extension. Adobe software and its licence are purchased separately.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your account secure. Accounts are personal and must not be resold or shared. You must have permission to submit any footage, audio or dialogue for processing.
Plans and billing
Prices are shown in USD before applicable taxes. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly until cancelled. The checkout shows the full amount and billing period before you authorise payment. A yearly plan provides a monthly credit allowance, not the entire yearly allowance at once.
Usage
Plan allowances are measured in credits. Captioning costs 2,000 credits for each minute of audio, charged by the second, and any part of a credit counts as a whole credit. Audio submitted for transcription consumes credits; translation of that caption text is included and does not consume additional credits. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Reprocessing audio consumes credits again. Editing the appearance or wording of existing captions does not consume credits. Additional usage requires a separate opt-in purchase; there are no automatic overage charges.
Your work
You retain your rights in your input media and the captions generated for it. You grant the service permission to process your input only to provide the requested features. Caption templates and software remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Responsible use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, account abuse or attempts to bypass usage limits. Access may be restricted for misuse, fraud, security threats or non-payment.
Accuracy and availability
Machine transcription can make mistakes. Review names, timings, wording and placement before publication. Features and compatibility may change. The current reviewed plugin targets Premiere Pro 2026 on macOS.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel renewal before the next billing date. Paid access normally remains available until the current period ends. Refund eligibility is described in the refunds and cancellation policy and remains subject to applicable consumer law.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
